Purchased a chest on Sunday, July 30th. Was told it would be ready for pick up Friday. I moved my furniture in preparation, emptied my drawers. Just to be told it was on "back order" and wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. I was never made aware of this at the time of purchase...if so, I would of never purchased the piece because I needed it quickly! They offered me the floor model and said it was in great condition...which I do not understand since when I saw it it had a large scratch and the drawers were very dirty. Salesman clearly just wanted the sale. Customer service has not been helpful or accommodating. I have purchased here before and enjoyed my experience but this most recent experience has ended that. I will not be returning.
Outstanding service and quality. Ordered a couch from them in Nov 2016, we love it. However we just noticed a small tear. Called Art Van, they sent someone out to replace the cover.
Great in store experience with my salesmen and the financing guy. Great price - love what I picked out! The delivery men were pleasant; quick setup of my kitchen table and chairs, on time, they cleaned up nicely before they left. I stopped by some furniture outlet place on Army Trail as well as Value City. Their choices where few and very pricey! Art Van earned my business!
